Our units range from small seawater devices for boats and ships to custom designed plants capable of producing millions of litres of purified water each day.
We also sell the purest drinking and commercial grade water available on the market today. Our drinking water products, Purelle and Aquanova, are perfect for the health conscious family or workplace that loves the taste of contaminant and salt free water and our commercial water products are designed for situations where only the purest water will do.

Chee Fong – Director
Chee started off his career by earning a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and an MBA from Adelaide University before moving on and obtaining over thirty years experience in the management of siginificant engineering projects, including rising to Director and General Manager of ROH Light Metals.
In 2004 he purchased Rowater and has introduced a wide variety of improvements to the company’s engineering systems as well as creating a passionate, dedicated and highly skilled team of engineers and customer service staff.
Chee has a very hands on approach to the management of Rowater and oversees the creation of all desalination systems to ensure clients receive the highest quality product.
John Papa – Operations Manager, Rowater
Since 1973 John has been working in management and project management roles in the metals and plastics industries and has extensive experience in a wide variety of engineering roles.
At Rowater John runs the manufacturing team which is acknowledged for its technical excellence and delivers cost-effective, quality products tailored to customers’ requirements. He is passionate about developing the best desalination units in the nation.
David Entwistle – Operations Manager, Waterforce
David brings a diverse background to the Rowater division of Waterforce Maintenance Services, having worked in Senior Management roles in the area of manufacturing and customer service for over 15 years in the medical device industry; he holds two trade certificates, one being in Mechanical Engineering.
David has extensive hands on experience in the maintenance of manufacturing facilities and the manufacturing of products from advanced materials such as titanium, stainless steels and plastics.
He now oversees the Waterforce technicians to ensure quality client services are provided as Customer Service, Project Management and Quality has always been a primary focus for him. David will continually strive to ensure his customers are receiving the most up to date information on products and services available.
