We engineer complete reverse osmosis desalination systems in a range of capacities – from as little as 1,500 litres per day, up to 2,000,000 litres per day. Systems are delivered fully assembled, factory tested and ready to connect to services. Our complete desalination systems are also available in skid mounted or containerised portable package, allowing for the quick and easy relocation to your source of feed water. Our systems use advanced technology to remove up to 99% of dissolved solids and undissolved contaminants from all sources of water including ground, surface, tap and sea water, producing high quality water for any use imaginable.

THE PRO SERIES

The Pro Series of desalination units are a perfect compromise between size and capacity. Producing between 10 000 and 40 000 litres per day, yet with a small footprint of only 650w x 450d x 1600h mm, the Pro series are capable yet compact units.

Pro Series units are ideal for medium to large-sized businesses in the manufacturing industry, which require water for their manufacturing processes; for irrigation requirements on smaller orchards or vineyards; or for complete water needs of a household. Designed for simple on-site installation, our Pro Series units require just three connections – inlet, product and concentrate – and a single power connection. The units are factory tested, ensuring quick and easy commissioning, providing you with the water you need at all time.

COMPACT SERIES

Our Compact series of Reverse Osmosis units are tiny – measuring as little as 600 x 450 x 650 mm – perfect for hiding away in a corner, yet capable of producing thousands of litres of water per day. Fully automatic, the Compact Series truly is the ultimate solution in unobtrusive water production.

The Compact Series is classified by feed water salinity:

Compact L – Designed for low salinity feed water, up to 5000 ppm TDS.
Compact B – Suitable for Brackish water, up to 15 000 ppm TDS
Compact V – Our Versatile unit, capable of desalinating feed water from 500 to 20 000 ppm TDS

All members of the Compact series are available in varying sizes, with capacities from as little as 1000 litres per day, up to 5000 litres per day.

AQUASTAR

The Aquastar Series are the largest of our desalination units. The units, measuring up to 6 metres wide with up to 6 vessels and 30 membranes, are designed to produce between 100 000 and 650 000 litres of water per day. Popular with the vineyards of South Australia, our AquaStar Series units are perfect for large volume irrigation applications or small community potable water requirements.

The AquaStar series features state of the art technology in a robust and proven design. Running completely automatically, with continuous system operation monitored by visual displays and in-built safety controls, the unit requires minimum service and attendance.

Our high performance AquaStar systems are capable of rejecting up to 98% of all Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), with a recovery rate of up to 85% -- ensuring top quality water with a low concentrate output.

The AquaStar series has built in variable feed salinity sensor, able to automatically adjust operating parameters to desalinate bore water range between 1,000 mg/l to 7,500 mg/l.

SEAWATER UNITS

Designed to purify water with salinities up to 40 000 ppm TDS – sea water is approximately 35 000 ppm – our seawater units are capable of purifying the saltiest of waters. Our seawater systems have salt rejection capability of up to 99.5%. The Rowater seawater unit range includes:

The seababy
The smallest of our seawater units, the seababy measures a tiny 700x460x410 mm and is available in a variety of capacities, from 840 litres per day up to 2400 litres per day. The seababy is an ideal companion to take out to sea on your boat, and will ensure you have a supply of fresh, clean water for your marine expeditions.

The seamate
The seamate series is available in capacities ranging from 10 000 litres per day up to 100 000 litres per day, rejecting up to 99.6% of all impurities. The seamate features high pressure stainless steel pipework and a corrosion resistant, high pressure pump.

Our seawater units are custom built, and capable of producing any volume of pure water from the saltiest of feed waters.

SINK UNITS

An under sink unit will provide clean drinking water for you and your family for life! Unlike other drinking water filtration systems, Rowater offers wall mounted mains pressure RO unit, under-sink RO unit, and commercial mains pressure RO system - the Royal Caterer all use advanced reverse osmosis technology to ensure that all impurities are removed from your tap water, leaving you with clean, pure, great-tasting water.

Where plumbing access is available, our mains pressure RO units are easily installed, requiring no electrical connections. Your cooking and coffee will taste noticeably better, and you'll never go back to drinking tap water again!
