A TGA approved manufacturer of quality natural medicines based in the Barossa Valley in South Australia relies on high quality water from water treatment systems designed by Rowater.

An existing reverse osmosis that treated mains water was aging and unreliable to the point that high purity water needed to be purchased from suppliers. Brauer decided they needed to purchase new equipment to be able to produce larger quantities required to meet increased demand for their products.

How Rowater helped Brauer with their high quality water solutions.

In 2018 Brauer and Rowater jointly designed a flexible system able to treat both rain and mains water. The equipment supplied, installed and commissioned included sediment and activated carbon filters, water softener, UVs and ozonation processes - a Rowater double pass CMD RO then produced high purity water that meets Brauer's stringent TGA certification. Heat disinfection and CIP equipment was included for sterility compliance.

The equipment continues to produce high quality water with a maintenance agreement in place for Rowater to service the equipment.
