The sterilisation room required a consistent and reliable flow of high purity water for autoclaves that are used to sterilise re-usable medical implements in compliance with AS4187.

How Rowater helped Tennyson Centre Day Hospital with their high quality water solutions.

In 2017 Rowater designed and fabricated a RO system able to treat mains water to produce 100 L/hour of high purity water - the system included equipment for removal of residual chlorine disinfectant in the feed water together with antiscalant dosing to control potential scale formation on the RO membranes - additional storage and disinfection equipment was also supplied.

The reverse osmosis system, which is serviced regularly by Rowater Service Technicians, continues to produce the high quality water required for the sterilisation equipment.
