How Rowater helped the Macclesfield Hotel with their high quality water solutions.

Owner and publican Justin York (aka Yorky) describes the centuries-old Macclesfield Hotel as a “food destination in a country pub.” There are numerous venues and events that require high quality pure water to be available, from drinking and food preparation through to icemaking and dishwashing.

The hotel is heavily reliant on bore water with a high salt content, not ideal for these purposes. Filters were installed to improve the water quality but it was only marginally better.

Yorky decided to investigate an RO water treatment system and the journey begun with the team at Rowater. The system was installed in early 2023 and the results have been exactly what was needed and wanted. The RO continues to perform well, with Yorky explaining that any time there are any issues he can just call the Rowater team directly and get assistance straight away.
